Sitting around, munching popcorn, watching football with my hubby and kids... This is what Sunday is for. 
Now, if only we could get some fall weather to go with it!

Let's talk about sex.... scenes!

So, let's talk about sex... or rather sex scenes. 
When people who know me personally read one of my books, it often causes a little bit of blushing the next time I see them... when they realize that the sex scenes I've written have actually come out of my imagination... Not that I've ever been particularly shy about what I think. 
The conversation often follows, that they would think writing the love scenes would be the most difficult part of a romance. Now, before I tell you what I think of that, I'd like to hear from readers as well as other authors... What makes a GOOD sex scene, and is writing one difficult?

Hello All,
Happy Thursday... So, as we get closer to the end of another crazy week, we have more drama in my house... nothing unusual. My son is sick, my daughter is cranky, thus I am not writing, which in turn makes ME cranky... And so goes the cycle. I must remind myself that tomorrow is another day, and in the meantime, there is always WINE! Lol

Woohoo Football

So, even though it was over 100 degrees in our area today, my son's PeeWee football team, 11, 12 and 13 year old boys won their first game of this season, 13 to 0.... Way to go boys! Especially in this weather. And by the way... Is summer EVER going to end this year. I am soooo over it!

What to do, what to do...

Happy happy Thursday! So, today is not nearly as busy as many other days. Laundry...done. Dishes...done. Take kids to school...done. Now, read two chapters, answer discussion questions, finish anthropology paper, pick kids up from school, go to back to school night, and oh yeah.... WRITE! Lol... But first, COFFEE!!!!

Okay, so I am finally back into 'writing' mode. After a rough return to a book I started months ago, before football and school, I have finally found my stride again and the writing is flowing well... So... woohoo for Josh and Gia. They may get their happy ending after all!

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL???

Today is my son's first football game of the season! Soooo excited! Now, if only I can get a chance to watch the game instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off! Aaahhhh... the life of the team AD! LOL

Happy Monday... I mean Wednesday

So, this week has been weird, right from the get go. Since Monday was a holiday, Tuesday was actually Monday, and I somehow lost that entire day. So, while everyone else seems to think its Wednesday, I am still two days behind. Therefore, I am not late for anything... just horribly confused! Oh well.... eventually it will be Friday... then I get to start over!

Lovin' the long weekend

Friday night was awesome! My best friend in the world is down visiting me, neighbors and friends hung out under the blue moon, drinking wine, listening to music and going in the spa. A perfect beginning to the weekend!
